Preschool classes are designed to get your athlete familiar with the various apparatuses & fundamental movements of gymnastics. We have developed a signature preschool soundtrack, The Pit Hits, contains songs to help our athletes under 5 familiarize with the beat of music  shake all of their sillies out. Preschool classes are taught in both a parent-and-me format or an independent, coach led class.
